Clients can book services through our website or by phone.

Prices are displayed in Turkish Lira (₺) and include applicable taxes.

Payment is due before or immediately after the service, depending on the booking agreement.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service are fully refundable.

Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability.

Ensure that all valuable or fragile items are secured prior to the cleaning service.

Provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

Notify Stoncres of any special cleaning instructions or health concerns.

Stoncres is committed to high-quality cleaning. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours.

While we take utmost care, Stoncres is not responsible for pre-existing damages or fragile items not secured by the client.

All client information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
